WHO IS VINNY?

A question I am still asking myself now; does the journey ever end? The good news is no. I don’t have exceptional genetics, I have never used any enhancers, so in other words, I am just like you.

I have been on a 20 year personal journey to gain muscle. For seven of those I turned it into a profession.

The success of my programs are due to two main invaluable elements; my inquisitive nature and my passion for the gym. I will never accept bro-science as fact. I've learnt that although the biggest guy in the gym may do it, it doesn't mean it's right for me. I will only commit to science-backed approaches. This ensures that my gym progress is optimal, and also extremely enjoyable. It feels great when the effort you put in gives you huge returns.

Through 20 years of trial and error, and constant professional development, I can remove any guesswork my gym progress. If I do it, there's a very good reason why.
